TREK Dealers:
Through an agreement with Trek USA, all Trek Dealers and Concept Stores are part of our affiliate program. You are welcome to contact us regarding the details of your participation. Echappe Equipment does reserve the right to offer certain shops territorial exclusivity if a shop agrees to additional terms beyond the Trek Dealer program.
PLUS PROGRAM SHOPS:
For 2010 we wanted to acknowledge some shops that have really helped Echappe Equipment beyond simply carrying Trek bikes and Bontrager wheels and equipment. PLUS PROGRAM shops recieve addtional commissions, sales and recommendations through our rental program. Echappe can also offer great pricing on NS Sportswear custom cycling jerseys for your shop.

What Affiliate Shops Provide to Their Clients:
You can offer your customers a complete demo program service without investing in one yourself. Working with Echappe Equipment makes you part of a network of coaching programs and large distributors allowing you to provide a comprehensive demo program for marginal overhead to you.

FAQs about the Shop Affiliate Program
Why wouldn't we (the bike shop) just start our own demo program?
We have $250,000 of inventory, a massive logistical system and the sales system in place to handle a rental program. The numbers simply do not work at a super-local level to support a rental program in the cycling industry. Simply put, you always have an exit from the program should you find it doesn't work for you. We are confident that it does work well for shops, but should it out weigh your expenses you're not saddled with 20 sets of used wheels in your inventory.
What does Echappe Equipment offer a shop besides demo wheels?
Custom clothing for your shop by NS Sportswear. Echappe is the US Distributor for this custom clothig brand and can outfit your shop and team at a great price point.
How do the "books" work between us?
Shops place orders with Echappe at their predetermined affiliate level.
What happens if the wheels are crashed?
Send the wheel back to Echappe so we can process the replacement. If the customer purchased our crash insurance, neither you or they are not responsible for the cost of replacement
