Compared to our already slippery Aeolus 6.5, the 9.0 is nearly 10 seconds faster in a 40km time trial-an eternity in a world where every fraction of a second counts. Built around the proven Aeolus formula of an aerodynamically superior rim profile mated to an extremely lightweight OCLV rim, the new Aeolus 9.0 gives you a whole new way to rule the wind.

We love these fast fast wheels. Structural carbon layup creates a very stiff wheelset. The weight for this is comparible to the Zipp 808 wheelset or a Flame Rouge version of the Jet 9. For aggressive riders, or for TT specialists, this is a great, versatile set up.
The carbon clincher design has been a great surprise to us. We initially were sceptical that the wheel could perform as well as a tubular, however we have been proved wrong. The weight penalty for this wheel is outweighed by the aerodynamic advantage it presents with paired spokes. With the wind seeing half as many spokes as other designs, this wheel is like cheating the wind.
