Mission:
No drama, no frills, no obligation club. We want this to be a group of people that can represent the Echappe kits well in the peleton. That means cool people who others want to ride with. Not necessarily people who are out for blood looking at killing races. At this point in time we do not have a budget to support an elite squad with appropriate equipment.

Club Affiliation: CRCA
1. Sub-team member’s CRCA affiliation:
a) Each member of a CRCA sub-team who races must have “Century Road Club Association” as club affiliation on their USCF license and must be a dues-paying member of CRCA. Each sub-team must have at least 50% of its members as CRCA Racing members, but a sub-team may have up to 50% of its roster as Associate CRCA members. A sub-team may have non-CRCA members as part of a team, but only in a support or administrative position.
b) Each sub-team’s jersey is also a CRCA jersey (See Rule 11). Teams may not allow persons who are not members of CRCA to race in team jerseys. If a sub-team knowingly allows a non-CRCA person to race in a club or open race as a team member in a team jersey, the entire team is suspended from racing as a team (i.e. in team uniform) until further notice. If the violation occurs during a Team Cup or Challenge club race, then any points earned at that race are forfeited, and additionally the sub-team is suspended from racing as a team in the next Team Cup or Challenge race (such suspension to carry over to the next season if necessary).

No drama, no frills, no obligation club. We've found that some clubs require practices or meetings or even training plans through their organization. We think people are already pretty busy. This club is meant to cut athletes at the Age Group level a break on equipment while letting them lead their own schedule and lives.

Requirements:
All we ask is the following:
- Please race in our kit at all your events. We will provide you with the steepest possible discount on this clothing we can to help you out.
- Please respect others around you when wearing our kit.
- Please notify us if you are changing teams before you stop wearing the kit.
