Echappe Wins the Men's TT! Jon Chodroff of CRCA/Empire Cycling Team rode a Zipp 909 Clincher disc with a HED Jet C2 90 front to a crushing 50 second victory margin on Wednesday's time trial in Los Angeles. Congratulations Jon!

We have gotten a ton of interested parties asking about our discs and possible front wheels. We have 5 discs for the track a set of 808s and 2x AC 58s. Act now to secure your equipment for the race in September, which is quickly approaching! Check out the track page now!
Green Mountain Stage Race
TT: NO TT bikes! Mass start legal wheels only! What does that mean? No trispokes, no aero helmets, but you CAN use discs! Get a set of 1080s, 808s, 404s or any combination of those with a Sub 9 or the Zipp 909 or the HED Jet Disc! to get your best GC spot.
About "AM" and "PM" session designations: If you select one of these designations that means you will get the wheel only for the morning or afternoon sessions. All of the discs have been rented for the morning session, so if you select "PM" for a disc, you will get it during the lunch break time at the start line. There is a discount for this abbreviated rental time. If a time slot does not show up in the selection box, that means it has been rented already.
ROAD STAGE: Brandon Gap and App Gap is it this year. Rent a set of 202s (rider weight limit is 175 lbs). Or have you tried the American Classic 58s? Lighter than a 404, but with the SAME Zipp rim! Better yet- its available with a wireless powertap hub! And we have the lighter configuration of the American Classic 38s, also with powertap! Want to be superfly? Get the Shimano DuraAce 7850s- one of the fastest wind tunnel tested wheels on the market.
CIRCUIT RACE: Good old course of yester-years. Pretty decent pavement. Keep the wheels you have for the road race for an extra day to keep the pressure off you for the crit.
CRITERIUM: NO CARBON TUBULARS!!!!! Sorry, but even with insurance we have to draw the line on putting our wheels through a mine field. The back straight (the decent) is still chopped up and has the massive pothole cover that can eat men and their families. If you keep your wheels through the crit, it is assumed you used them in the crit and therefore you will void your crash insurance. Any and all damage done to the wheels will be your responsibility, including paying for a replacement wheelset.

Expensive bikes come with nice wheels. Some times customers don't want those wheels. If you bought a TT or triathlon bike and want to trade for a set of our TT or triathlon wheels, lets talk.
A little FYI about shipping times:
While we work as quickly as possible to ensure that you get the wheelset you need for the weekend, we are only human. That said, there are cut off times for placing orders and receiving your wheelset.
- Tuesday at 7p is the cut-off for 2-Day Friday arrivals.
- Wednesday 7p is the cut off for Overnight Friday arrivals.

Thats right- if you pay $40 you can have a comparable set of wheels while your wheels are being serviced. Its like a car dealership.
